- The time selected and shown on your e-ticket will be for the London Eye.
- Please take your e-ticket to the standard entrance for the London Eye at the date and time shown and the barcode will be scanned. You must then book a date and time in advance for Madame Tussauds and SEA LIFE London. The link will be provided after purchase of the ticket.
London Eye
- One trip on the London Eye takes 30 minutes.
- E-tickets are only valid for the date and time booked as shown on the ticket.
- Please present your ticket on your smartphone as the barcode will be scanned.
- Same-day ticket purchases cannot be cancelled or amended.
Madame Tussauds London
- Please go to the standard entrance at your booked time slot and present your e-ticket on your mobile device.
- Please note the suggested visit duration of 2-3 hours is a guideline only
- Tickets are only valid for the date and time shown on the ticket
- Please present your ticket on your smart phone as the barcode will be scanned
- The Spirit of London ride is subject to availability and may close at short notice for operational reasons, essential maintenance, and other considerations
- Entry to Marvel Universe 4D cinema is included in your ticket
- Chamber of Horrors is included with general entrance ticket for guests 16 years and over
- Wheelchair users: Due to capacity restrictions at the venue a separate wheelchair access pass must be pre-booked in addition to a regular entry ticket.
