    • Starting point of the Red Route: Calle Felipe IV, 2. Please note that on Sundays, the starting point is: Alfonso XII (In front of El Casón del Buen Retiro).
    • Starting point of the Green Route: Plaza de Neptuno.
    • Timetable: Red Route: every day 10:00 to 17:00, Green Route: every day 10:00 to 17:00
    • Frequency: every 30 minutes (red route), every 60 minutes (green route)
    • Duration: 1 hour 15 mins (red route) and 1 hour (green route).
    • Audio guide languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Arabic
    • You can board the bus as many times as you like within the 24 hours.
    • Please note this is not a hop-on hop-off service.

    Special Bus Christmas Timetables

    • 24 December: last departure: 17:00 (both routes)
    • 25 December and 1 January: no service all day
    • 31 December and 5 January: last departure: 15:00 (both routes)

    Prado Opening Hours

    • Monday – Saturday: 10:00 - 20:00, Sunday: 10:00 - 19:00
    • Public holidays: 10:00 - 14:00
    • Last admission 30 minutes before closing
    • The Prado is free to visit from Monday to Saturday from 18:00 pm to 20:00 and Sundays from 17:00 to 19:00+
    • The Prado is closed on the 1st of January, 1st of May and 25th of December.
      Please note: Entrance to the Prado is free for under 18’s so please buy your bus ticket separately if you want to enjoy this experience with children.
