Red Route:
- The bus leaves Dubai Mall - Zabeel Bus Parking every 2 hours from 10:00 until 16:00.
Blue Route: (Route will return September onward)

The bus leaves Mall of the Emirates every 40 minutes from 09:00 until 17:00.

Lost World Aquarium and Aquaventure Waterpark tickets must be used within one week from the date you redeem your voucher.
Lost World Aquarium:
- Open daily from 10:00 to 21:00 every day of the year.
- Location: Stop 3 Blue Route (Atlantis The Palm)
Aquaventure Waterpark:
- Open daily, from 10:00 a.m. until sunset (closing time depends on the time of year)
- Height restrictions are in place on the rides
- Life jackets are to be worn by all swimmers who are less than 1.2 metres tall (available free of charge)
- Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult

Atlantis's child policy is from 3 years old. So 3- and 4-year-olds will need a separate ticket to access Aquaventure.
