• Starting point of the Red Route: Calle Felipe IV, 2. Please note that on Sundays, the starting point is: Alfonso XII (In front of El Casón del Buen Retiro).

• Timetable: Red Route: every day 10:00 to 17:00, Green Route: every day 10:00 to 17:00
• Frequency: every 30 minutes (red route), every 60 minutes (green route)
• Duration: 1 hour 15 mins (red route) and 1 hour (green route).
• Audio guide languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Arabic
• You can board the bus as many times as you like within the 24 hours.
• Please note this is not a hop-on hop-off service.

Bernabeu Tour

• Opening hours: Monday to Saturday: 09:30 to 19.00, Sundays 10:00 to 13:30
• Please choose the time of your tour when you book your ticket.
• Access the stadium via Avenida Concha Espina (Gate 28) and scan your ticket
• Please note: Some parts of the normal Bernabéu tour are temporarily not accessible due to renovation works. The tour is currently cheaper to reflect this. Please also note that the grass has been temporarily removed from the playing field.
• If you are buying a ticket for a 13 or 14 year old, please buy tickets separately
