Please redeem vouchers for the Hop-On Hop-Off bus at: 21 South 5th Street.

All guests must begin their tour at either Stop 1 (21 S 5th Street) or Stop 5 (12 N 12th Street). At these stops, customers can redeem their online voucher or purchase tickets with a sales agent.

Passengers cannot board the bus at any other stop without first seeing a sales agent at Stop 1 or Stop 5. However, once guests receive their validated paper ticket and begin the tour at one of those two stops, they may hop on and off freely for the remainder of the tour.

An exception applies to tickets purchased directly at the Visitor Center, where guests receive a paper ticket immediately and can start at any stop.

The Bourse is the start and end point of the tour, which is why some guests may be asked to disembark there.

If passengers begin at Stop 1, they receive all necessary information regarding detours, inaccessible stops, and also the ability to ride both bus companies.

Please note: the bus will only stop at specific locations if a customer informs the tour guide they wish to get off, or if there are people waiting to board. The bus does not automatically stop at every stop.
