This fantastic day tour sets off from the centre of Belfast at 9 in the morning. Your luxury coach will take you along the famous Antrim Coastal Road, where you’ll be able to enjoy stunning views across the Irish Sea. The first stop is a chance to take pictures at the spectacular Norman castle in Carrickfergus, before continuing along the coast road to Carnlough Harbour, a picturesque little fishing village that was made famous as a film location in the hit HBO series Game of Thrones.
When the coach Ballycastle, it’s all aboard a sightseeing boat to take you along the coast with expert commentary from the captain. You’ll be taken right to the cliffs so that you get a fantastic view of the Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge. Make sure you’ve got your camera at the ready as we often see dolphins from the boat!
After your cruise, it’s time for lunch in Ballycastle for lunch. There are plenty of places to choose from but we recommend takeaway fish and chips sat by the harbour. Just watch out for the seagulls!
Our last stop is at the incredible UNESCO World Heritage site, the Giant’s Causeway. You’ll have a couple of hours there to enjoy the stunning rock formation that was said to be formed by the giant Finn MacCool, so he could cross the sea to Scotland to fight a rival. True or not, this is really a spectacular place. After some time to explore, it's back on the coach to Belfast in time for tea!
