3 of the best spots to hop off our City Sightseeing bus are the Strandkaien Cruise Terminal & Old Stavanger (bus stop 1), the Tourist Information Centre & Stavanger Cathedral (bus stop 2), and the Museum of Art (bus stop 9). The terminal is a wonderful place to take a nice relaxing stroll, and you can head down to visit the old town, which was built in the 18th century, with old buildings and incredible architecture. Stavanger Cathedral is a must see, with a stunning interior and exterior, so be sure to hop off and have a look! The Museum of Art is very popular amongst tourists too, so even if you are not much of an art fan, you shouldn't miss the 9th stop!

This City Sightseeing Tour runs in the Spring & Summer seasons, when a cruise arrives. The Tour is ideal for passengers from cruise ships who arrive at Stavanger in the warmer months of the year. Strandkaien arrivals will be able to hop on our City Sightseeing bus at bus stop 1 - Gamle Stavanger (Cruise Ship Terminal). It is easy to find - immediately outside the port gates - and you should spot the big red bus approaching from a mile off! Occasionally ships will berth on the opposite side to Strandkaien, this is no problem - you can hop on at the City Sightseeing stop 4, Victoria Hotel.
