Your journey continues with a comparison of both sweet and savoury pies made from phyllo and bougatsa, teaching you how Greeks master the art of pastry. Budding pastry chefs can even try their hand at assembling gyros or souvlaki—an iconic dish enjoyed by Athenians from all walks of life.

Charcuterie tastings feature a trio of cheeses, cured meats and other local favourites sourced from Greece’s rich countryside. You’ll make (and of course eat!) the original Greek ‘cheesecake’, blending rustic bread, creamy cheese and Attica’s finest honey into a centuries-old dessert tradition.
