First, hop on at Kristiansand Harbour for fun and frolics at Fiskebrygga Fish Market. Come here to try tasty treats straight from the North Sea. Even if you’re not a fish fanatic, this is one of the liveliest areas in the city for open-air concerts and ice cream with a sea view. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can hop on the ferry to Bragdoya for island adventures. And if you’re arriving in Kristiansand on a cruise ship, our service will adapt its schedule to come right to the pier to pick you up – it couldn’t be easier!
Back on the mainland, hop off in Posebyn, Kristiansand’s old town. This is the only area of the city to have survived the great fire of 1892. Come here to admire charming whitewashed wooden houses.
Hop back on to continue your journey on our comfortable bus. You’ll get great views and feel the breeze in your hair as you cross the river. Next stop: the Kristiansand Museum! This open-air museum lets you experience the Kristiansand of yesteryear. The model town is a perfect replica of a 17th-century Norwegian town with its wooden houses, old-fashioned toys and even a small farm with animals you can pet. The kids will love it!
Now, everyone knows you can’t visit Norway without seeing one of its famous fjords. Hop back on our bus and you’ll not only see, but you’ll cross the Topdalsfjorden fjord. - Buses run in all weather, so dress accordingly
- You will need to exchange your voucher for your hop-on hop-off ticket with the City Sightseeing staff or bus driver before or upon boarding the bus. Keep the ticket with you at all times.
- Please make sure you only board our official branded City Sightseeing buses.
- Choose between two audio guide options: In-Seat Modules and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). Borrowable headsets with adapters are available on board. Don’t forget to bring your headset for your own device if you want to use the BYOD audio guide option.
