Changing Lives 2025/26 - Cacuaco, Angola
Together, we are building the first medical centre in Cacuaco, Angola.
Access to healthcare is a right, not a privilege. With your support, we will provide basic medical services and maternal care to thousands of families.

The community of Cacuaco, in Angola, faces a severe shortage of healthcare services. In the neighbourhood of Belo Monte, there is no medical centre, and the nearest hospital is 50 km away, leaving families without access to basic or maternal healthcare.
Through Changing Lives 2025/26, City Sightseeing Cares is funding the construction of the first Belo Monte Health and Maternity Centre, which will provide essential care to more than 6,000 people.
Following the first edition of Changing Lives Day, held on 4 October, we have already secured 34% of the funding required to complete the project. However, we still need your support.
The second edition of Changing Lives Day will take place on 23 May. On that day, for every ticket sold on a City Sightseeing bus, we will donate €1 / £1 / $1 to help complete the Cacuaco medical centre.

For the second edition of Changing Lives, we invited City Sightseeing Worldwide operators to vote and choose the charitable project we will carry out together.
The selected destination was Angola, where our goal is to build the first medical center in the town of Cacuaco, in the province of Luanda.
This center will offer basic medical services and maternal care, addressing an urgent need in the area and helping to improve the quality of life for the local population.
